Using the Propane Grill

We provide a propane grill for your use (highly recommend Owen Meat’s for your outdoor grill needs). The grill is located in the garage and there are grill pans, metal spatulas, and tongs in the kitchen. Please roll the grill outside when using. After cooling, please be sure to return the grill back to the garage otherwise you may have an unexpected visit from a local black bear. To use the grill once it’s outside:

  1. Open the bottom door to access the propane tank
  2. Turn the knob on the propane tank to the left to enable the propane to flow
  3. Open the lid of the grill
  4. Turn the Left knob on the grill a quarter turn to the left
  5. Press the Start button on the grill
  6. Flame should begin on the left burner
  7. Turn the Right knob on the grill a quarter turn to the left.
  8. Flame should begin on the right burner, in addition to the left burner.
  9. To lower the flame and heat, turn either or both knobs to the right.
  10. When done grilling, turn both knobs all the way to the Right.
  11. Turn off the flow of propane by the turning the knob on top of the propane tank all the way to the Right.
